We are happy to advise on the choice of LLM and the servers that actually run the agent. By using the general players, there is a greater risk that data will be used for training. Generally, it depends on trust in the provider and how one can ensure that it does not happen. We usually recommend primarily open source LLMs, which are often more specialised for the specific task an agent needs to perform. And we can often make a server choice where the service provider does not benefit from training on the submitted data.
